3003 aluminium strips introduction
3003 grade aluminum strip is a common product in the aluminum-manganese alloy series. Superior to having manganese alloy elements, this product has excellent rustproof characteristics and is also known as rustproof aluminum strip. 3003 is an AL-Mn alloy, care este cel mai utilizat aluminiu rezistent la rugină. Rezistența acestui aliaj nu este mare (puțin mai mare decât aluminiul pur industrial) și nu poate fi întărită prin tratament termic, deci sunt folosite metode de lucru la rece pentru a-i îmbunătăți proprietățile mecanice: high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity in the semi-cold hardening, low plasticity in the cold hardening, rezistență bună la coroziune, sudabilitate bună, și prelucrabilitate slabă.
It is mainly used for low load parts requiring high plasticity and good weldability, lucru în mediu lichid sau gazos, such as boxes, conducte de benzină sau ulei lubrifiant, various liquid containers and other small load parts made by deep drawing.

- This series aluminum strip can be used to process plates, benzi, folii, plăci groase, conducte de extrudare, etc. It can be used to produce bars and wires which can be processed with cold working.
- It is used to process parts which require good forming property, high anti-corrosion or good weldability.
