Processing technology of aluminum strip
Aluminum strips are aluminum deep-processing products formed by aluminum coil slitting. It is an important raw material in industry.
According to different alloy elements contained in aluminum strips, aluminum strips and aluminum plates are also divided into 8 series. However, the commonly used series are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series.
Depending on the annealing state of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can be divided into fully soft (o-state) semi-rigid (H24) and fully hard (h18). The most commonly used should belong to the all-soft series, because the O state is easier to stretch and bend.
The main processing equipment of the aluminum strip is a slitting unit, which can be divided into the required length and width according to the needs. Of course, the equipment for strip processing is universal, and copper coils can also be processed. The processed product is called copper strip.
Internationally, the raw materials of electronic products no longer rely solely on copper strips. Because aluminum's conductivity is only lower than copper, aluminum strips replacing copper strips are becoming a popular international trend.
